This is probably a long shot . . .
This is a conceptual art book that has NO photographs, just blank white pages with a caption at the bottom of each “photo” describing the famous picture (i.e. Marilyn Monroe in a white dress standing over a subway grate in New York City or sailor kisses nurse in city street to celebrate victory over Japan, a Model-T car, et cetera).
I am not sure when it was published, although I think it was within the past 10 years. Google and amazon.com have been of no help.
